Must be based in or near Fort Worth, TX Able to regularly work onsite or close to the Fort Worth operation Comfortable with local and national travel as needed to support business partners, including travel (flying) to Hanover Park (outside Chicago, IL) and potential travel to other hubs Role Profile We are seeking a high-volume, execution-focused recruiter with strong operational recruiting experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Core Responsibilities Primarily support high-volume recruiting for: o Warehouse / hourly operations roles, including forklift operators, warehouse associates, service technicians, deployment coordinators, and operations managers o Inside Sales roles Must be able to Manage 25 requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and a strong candidate experience Partner closely with hiring managers to keep roles moving and adapt to changing priorities Work within a Centers of Excellence model alongside dedicated Sourcers and HR Operations Operate across multiple systems and track activity accurately for reporting Required Experience & Traits Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments Strong execution and follow-through; able to move candidates quickly through the funnel Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities Organized, responsive, and able to work with urgency Confident working independently while staying aligned with the broader TA team Strong attention to detail, particularly with system tracking Nice-to-Have Experience in a similar industry (distribution, logistics, sales-driven environments) Exposure to more strategic hiring, such as technical or specialized roles Experience supporting both hourly and professional roles What Matters Most High-volume execution is the top priority.
