You will own the full-lifecycle recruitment strategy for high-impact technical roles—from RF and optical engineers to software developers and automated test equipment (ATE) specialists—ensuring NexusTest attracts, evaluates, and retains top-tier semiconductor talent.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Workforce Planning:

Partner with executive leadership to forecast headcount needs, define team structures, and align hiring roadmaps with the expansion of our new Arizona R D center and global engineering hubs.

Full-Lifecycle Technical Recruitment:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering positions, including Hardware Engineer, Firmware Engineer, ATE Software Engineers, and RF Engineers.

Technical Screening & Assessment:

Conduct in-depth initial screenings, evaluate engineering portfolios and technical backgrounds, and coordinate structured multi-round interview loops with technical leads.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines:

Cultivate proactive candidate pipelines through industry networking, academic partnerships, and targeted sourcing within the semiconductor and automated test equipment ecosystems.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding:

Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate journey from initial outreach through offer negotiation and collaborate with operations teams to streamline onboarding workflows for incoming engineers.

Process Optimization:

Monitor recruitment metrics, optimize time-to-hire, manage agency relationships where necessary, and ensure compliance with employment regulations across regional operations.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

5+ years of corporate recruitment or technical HR experience, with a strong emphasis on hiring engineering and R D talent within the semiconductor, ATE, or high-tech manufacturing industries.

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with hardware/software engineering terminologies and a demonstrated ability to comprehend complex technical profiles (e.g., optical transceivers, semiconductor test systems, embedded software).

Communication Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills, with experience collaborating with executive stakeholders across global regions.

Project Management:
