We offer construction materials testing, inspection, and geotechnical services. We are hiring a Seasoned Recruiter to support the overall recruitment efforts for the company by serving as the talent acquisition lead. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates as well as building and maintaining relationships to foster a strong pipeline of talent and potential clients within construction management/QA/QC and office/operations. You will also be responsible for working with key partners for business development efforts, networking initiatives and with marketing to strengthen new hire resumes, as well as with team members on company branding and social media campaigns. This role will require a strategic mindset, a keen eye for detail and a high degree of organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly meet with management to ensure overall recruitment priorities are correctly assessed. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions Screen resumes and conduct in-person and phone interviews to determine technical and cultural fit. Confirm and gather credentials information/documentation such as technical certifications, registrations and project experience examples Demonstrate a track record of name generation, sourcing, cold calling, and successful hiring in a highly competitive industry Combine technical and fundamental analysis for developing new business strategies Drive business development and brand awareness by attending events, engaging with social media and constantly exploring new avenues to attract both clients and candidates Serve as a strong representative of the company brand and act as a positive first impression for those unfamiliar the company and its affiliates Other responsibilities as deemed essential to the company. •Pay is commensurate with experience. (Non commission base with yearly increase and bonus structure.) •Hybrid flexibility allowing a blend of in office and working remotely. Working Conditions/Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.
