Surveillance Security Inc is a fast-growing, 30-year veteran-owned security company that has a footprint in multiple states. We are looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter who can hit the ground running and help us build a strong, dependable workforce. If you're a Recruiter who knows how to find talent, move candidates through the process, close the deal, and get people hired — we want to talk to you! You'll recruit for armed and unarmed security officers, supervisors, and other critical positions , owning the process from initial contact through onboarding.

BUILD THE TEAM. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition Know how to source, screen, interview, and hire quality candidates Are an excellent communicator who can connect with people at all levels Stay organized while managing multiple candidates, positions, and priorities simultaneously, across multiple states. Have strong verbal and written communication skills Have excellent organizational and time-management skills Understand the importance of confidentiality and protecting sensitive information Are persistent, proactive, and results-driven Know the importance of timely follow-up and keeping candidates engaged Can work independently while partnering with field operations and leadership Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the full-cycle recruiting process from creating job descriptions and job postings to sourcing, through onboarding Recruit armed and unarmed security professionals Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Source through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach Conduct candidate screenings and interviews Coordinate background checks, licensing, and pre-employment requirements Manage candidate communication, follow-up, and hiring activity Work closely with operations to identify staffing needs and priorities Help improve recruiting strategies, processes, and candidate experience Represent our company at career fairs, veteran events, and community recruiting events Assist in other HR duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for security service roles, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including background checks. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies. Key Requirements Proven experience with a minimum of 5 yrs experience in full-cycle recruiting. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage candidate relationships effectively. Proficiency with HR systems. Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards while ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process. Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with internal and field management teams, and HR to meet staffing goals.
