Iron Horse Companies is seeking a motivated and organized Temporary High Volume Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. This role will manage the full recruiting process for multiple open positions, helping move candidates quickly from sourcing through onboarding. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced recruiting environments and can effectively manage a high volume of applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for multiple openings across the company Review resumes and conduct phone screens to identify qualified talent Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication Manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth first-day readiness Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support hiring managers with staffing updates and recruiting priorities
Qualifications:
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or field roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience using ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, or recruiting software Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Why Join Iron Horse Companies?
