We are in search of an exceptional Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles. Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily. Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals. Screen and interview qualified candidates. Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience. Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
