Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team! In this vital role, you will drive the full-cycle recruiting process, connecting talented candidates with exciting opportunities across various departments. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating will help shape our organization's future by attracting top-tier talent. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling to identify high-potential candidates. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Negotiate employment contracts and compensation packages aligned with company policies and employment law regulations. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Manage talent management initiatives including employee orientation, training & development programs, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes. Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards, and support HR sourcing efforts for executive recruiting and employee relations. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting. Strong understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across social media management tools and cold calling techniques. Experience in executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee onboarding processes. Ability to conduct research on market trends to identify talent sources and generate leads for open positions.
