Your expertise in negotiation, technical recruiting, and employee relations will empower you to attract top talent and support our team members throughout their journey. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. What you'll do Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and maintain relationships with universities for campus recruitment initiatives. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever and iCIMS to streamline recruitment efforts. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates. Conduct employee evaluations and provide insights for training and development opportunities. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Stay informed on employment laws to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Implement succession planning strategies to prepare for future leadership needs within the organization Conduct first set of interview over the phone before transferring the potential applicant to the hiring manager Experience Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive recruiting. Strong communication skills that foster effective relationship management with candidates and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos is preferred. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus. Ability to conduct cold calling for lead generation while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Knowledge of training & development principles to enhance employee performance is essential.
