In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for entry level and skill roles , ensuring we attract top-tier talent to meet our operational needs. Your expertise in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent management will drive our staffing success while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development, streamline recruitment processes, and foster strong relationships across departments. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for entry level and professionals and light industrial , utilizing platforms like Avionte, social media platforms adds. Conduct thorough interviews, technical assessments, and skill evaluations to identify candidates with strong welding expertise, light industrial entry level and skilled candidates in the Arizona and Minnesota labor markets. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and set clear expectations for candidate qualifications. Maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive research, cold calling, social media management, and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while preparing contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluation documentation. Utilize Utilize Dial pad and Avionte to track recruitment metrics, update candidate records, and generate reports for leadership review. Requirements Advance computer programs 365, including excel spread sheets, power point and adds for social media platforms required. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Proven experience in technical recruiting within the manufacturing sectors with a focus on skilled trades required Strong knowledge of payroll processes required thru Avionte. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and Clients. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Avionte Bold and Classic. Solid understanding of employment & labor law regulations relevant to recruiting practices across different regions. Demonstrated ability in sourcing via social media management tools and research techniques to identify top talent quickly. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
