$15 per hour Join Harnham's Talent Acquisition Team Harnham is looking for an ambitious and proactive intern to support the development of our early careers strategy in Phoenix . This role will focus on helping Harnham build strong relationships with local colleges and universities , positioning us as an employer of choice for graduates and interns in the Arizona market. If you're interested in talent, marketing, and building partnerships with universities, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience shaping how a global company attracts early-career talent. Your Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition & Campus Partnerships Intern , you will help us strengthen our presence across Arizona universities and develop creative ways to engage with students considering careers in sales and recruitment. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to support campus outreach, employer branding, and early talent initiatives , helping to build a sustainable pipeline of graduate and intern talent into our Phoenix office. What You'll Do Campus Partnerships & University Outreach Help identify and build relationships with local Arizona colleges and universities. You will support outreach initiatives with careers services, student societies, and faculty to raise awareness of Harnham and our career opportunities. Employer Branding on Campus Help develop strategies and materials that position Harnham as an exciting career destination for graduates. This could include supporting campus events, career fairs, student presentations, and partnership opportunities. Student Engagement Initiatives Support the planning of initiatives that connect Harnham with student communities - including internship programs, networking events, and student-focused content. Social Media & Early Talent Marketing Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content that showcases life at Harnham, our career paths, and our Phoenix office culture to a student audience. Market & Campus Research Research the Arizona university landscape and help identify the most effective ways to connect with students across different campuses and programs. Who You Are Education Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Skills Strong communication and organisational skills, with an interest in marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with design tools such as Canva is a plus. Personality You are curious, proactive, and excited about building relationships. You enjoy engaging with people and thinking creatively about how companies can connect with student communities.
