Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking to hire a Recruiter to support their Banking Operations teams. These roles keep their business moving forward, and they need a skilled recruiter to help them find the talent that makes it happen. We are seeking a collaborative, data-minded Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across multiple high-volume requisitions. You ll act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring managers, championing inclusive sourcing strategies and ensuring every applicant enjoys a seamless, respectful interview journey.
