$35/hour Full-time, 40 hours/week 3-6 month contract with potential for extensionPOSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative in Tolleson, AZ. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding approximately 120 light industrial workers within a condensed project timeline. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and has experience managing high-volume recruitment efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles (warehouse, production, general labor, etc.) Source candidates through job boards, local outreach, hiring events, and referrals Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers Partner closely with operations and site leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities Facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interview days as needed Track candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and progress toward hiring goals Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, and start dates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulationsQUALIFICATIONS
2-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or light industrial environments Proven experience hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles Ability to manage multiple requisitions and a high candidate flow simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards (Indeed, etc.) Ability to work onsite in Tolleson, AZ and support hiring events as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting large-scale hiring ramps (50+ hires in a short timeframe) Prior experience working onsite at distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience coordinating hiring events or job fairs Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirementsSimilar remote jobs
