Schedule:

1st Shift hours, weekends and overtime Must be bilingual in English and Spanish What will our Bilingual Recruiter be responsible for? Entering applications in Avionte Collecting attendance sheets from Onsite's Answering phones and emails Greeting applicants as they walk in Representing Workforce Enterprises at job fairs and trade shows and ensuring recruiting goals are met Conduct in-person interviews and informational sessions for new applicants and work with the branch office to refine hiring goals Flyer and yard sign distribution within the area Qualifying potential candidates for specific job roles What skill set are we looking for in a Bilingual Recruiter? Interested Recruiter candidates should have at least 2 - 3 years of related work experience in a light industrial staffing agency Excellent verbal communication, analytical, and follow-up skills Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this role Able to work long hours and sometimes on the weekends #INT123
