This position works closely with the client's management team to understand staffing needs, maintain adequate headcount, and ensure a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Recruit and interview candidates for open positions. Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation. Verify employment documentation and ensure hiring requirements are met. Work directly with site supervisors to identify staffing needs and priorities. Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records. Communicate with candidates and employees regarding schedules, job opportunities, and next steps. Follow up with new hires to support retention and successful onboarding. Assist with employee replacements, transfers, and staffing changes as needed. Provide onsite support and serve as a professional point of contact between the staffing company, employees, and client. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the onsite team. Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional extended hours.
