Job Overview The Field Recruiter is a strategic Talent professional responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment across hourly and salaried positions while operating within dnata Catering USA's centralized governance and decentralized execution recruiting model. This role serves as the primary talent advisor for the assigned business unit, partnering closely with Director of Talent, People & Culture, General Manager and other Hiring Managers to ensure workforce readiness and achieve hiring goals aligned with operational demands. The Field Recruiter is accountable for maintaining department Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recruiter workflows, and recruiting KPIs to ensure a consistent candidate experience and accurate reporting. This position is responsible for proactively sourcing talent, conducting interviews, facilitating orientation, and ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded and transitioned into the business. This role requires strong recruiting expertise, operational partnership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
EDUCATION
High School diploma required;Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions across the assigned business unit. Partner with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, and People & Culture to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies. Recruit for high-volume frontline operational positions as well as professional and management-level roles. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, hiring timelines, compensation, and candidate profiles. Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and recruitment events. Utilize Dayforce, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates. Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational fit. Present qualified candidates and provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Centralized Governance & SLA Compliance Operate within dnata Catering USA's centralized Talent Acquisition governance model while supporting decentralized execution at the local unit level. Maintain compliance with all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including candidate response times, interview scheduling, dispositioning, and requisition aging standards. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Serve as a brand ambassador for dnata Catering USA and promote the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, colleges, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure candidates are informed throughout the hiring process and receive prompt updates regarding interview status and employment decisions. Orientation & Onboarding Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure employees receive a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience. Partner with People & Culture and Operations to ensure employees are successfully transitioned into their new roles. Monitor onboarding completion and address onboarding issues proactively. Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day probationary reviews are completed accurately and on time. Monitor completion rates and follow up with department leadership regarding overdue reviews. Training & Talent Development Complete dnata's Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and Master Training certifications within established timelines. Assist with talent development initiatives and support local engagement activities. Promote continuous learning and professional development throughout the business.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. Experience operating within structured recruiting workflows and KPI-driven environments. Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience with ATS systems; Dayforce experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media recruiting. Strong communication skills, including sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with candidates across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification required within 60 days of hire. Master Trainer certification required within 180 days of hire. Ability to travel up to 5% as business needs require.

$70,304.00 per year
