Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in talent acquisition and human resources. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital part in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented candidates to support our organization's growth. This position offers valuable experience in the recruitment process within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and communicating with new hires. Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Requirements This is an entry-level position, so previous experience is not required but a strong interest in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about recruiting techniques and tools. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and online job platforms. High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing education or relevant coursework in HR or related fields is a plus.
