As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong focus on hiring therapists and clinicians for our organization that helps individuals with autism. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for assisting more junior recruiters and interns as needed. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a high-volume recruiting environment. They will have experience recruiting therapists and clinicians and will be able to work effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders. The Senior Recruiter will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and will have a strong focus on achieving hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals for therapists and clinicians Source, attract, and hire top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers Provide guidance and support to more junior recruiters and interns Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their requirements Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidate information and track hiring metrics Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role Experience recruiting therapists and clinicians is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Benefits & Perks - What Holding Hands has to offer: Benefits & Perks! We currently have 5 clinics based throughout LA County (Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, Whittier, & Rosemead), plus we are opening at least 4 additional clinics this year! We serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in the home, school, clinic, and community per week. We serve children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs.
