What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of job openings Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent Partner with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements Manage the onboarding process, including verifying documentation and ensuring compliance Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients Support overall office goals and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous Recruiting, Staffing, HR, or Customer Service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a high-volume environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable using technology and applicant tracking systems
