Drive our 30-foot company RV to different locations throughout LA and I.E. to assist our offices in recruiting new talent. Interview potential candidates over the phone, and assist in the onboarding process. Must be bilingual Spanish/English Heavy follow-up calls and emails to candidates, clients, and staff. Heavy documentation/data entry for record-keeping. Recruit, screen, Interview, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the client's specific job order requirements to ensure client retention. Greet visitors/Customer Service. Receive all incoming telephone calls and route properly.
