In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various departments, including clinical staff, HR, and executive roles. Your expertise in leveraging talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be crucial in identifying, engaging, and securing the best talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Duties Manage full cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, and PeopleSoft to identify and attract qualified candidates efficiently. Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to stay ahead of industry hiring practices and talent availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through CRM systems like Salesforce and HRIS tools such as UltiPro and Kronos. Lead candidate sourcing efforts via social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment initiatives, and external recruiting channels. Collaborate with C-suite executives and hiring managers to define position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and negotiate employment contracts. Oversee team of recruiters by providing guidance on best practices in employment law compliance, HR sourcing, and recruitment process management. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within diverse industries, including clinical staffing or healthcare preferred. Strong knowledge of talent management systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar platforms. Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to assess candidate fit through research and behavioral techniques. Familiarity with employment & labor law, HR sourcing strategies, and external recruiting methods. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and HRIS tools like UltiPro or Kronos. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, candidate engagement, and team collaboration. Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading talent acquisition projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of negotiation tactics related to employment contracts and offers. Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and succession planning initiatives.
