The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in talent acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sourcing to support organizational growth. The Staffing Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of HR sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and employment laws, ensuring compliance and best practices in recruitment processes. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media management, campus and cold calling. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to extending offers and onboarding new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective talent acquisition and succession planning. Conduct employer branding initiatives and lead generation activities to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist with employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives as needed. . Skills 5 years minimum of proven experience in a similar role at a previous staffing agency. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media management and cold calling. Familiarity with HR laws including employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices, completing onboarding completely, E-Verify. Experience with internal recruiting strategies including employee orientation and employee evaluation processes. Ability to conduct check ins if needed. Pay:
