Talent Acquisition Associate II (Temp) Niagara Bottling - 3.0 Diamond Bar, CA Job Details Temporary $26 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Associate II will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support day-to-day recruiting efforts during the attraction, selection and post-offer phases for our candidates. The Talent Acquisition Associate II will have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, candidates and external vendors. Essential Functions Maintain open and continuous communication Identify and suggest improvements to candidate experience, such as process efficiency improvements Lead logistics coordination for recruiting events such as college events, career fairs, and plant expansion activities, including event registrations, processing invoices, shipment of materials, etc. Assist Talent Acquisition Partner with any manual job postings to third-party sites Schedule and coordinate on-site and virtual interviews for hiring managers and candidates, including booking travel arrangements, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Partner closely with plant Human Resources Managers and plant Receptionists to confirm interview logistics. Re-schedule interviews as needed quickly, with a high level of attention to candidate experience Schedule post-interview candidate debrief session with hiring manager, Talent Acquisition Partner and interviewers Identify and resolve any issues proactively, and escalate concerns as relevant Provide first-level end user applicant tracking system and job board support for candidates and the talent acquisition team, such as resetting of usernames and passwords Support the maintenance of accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system Process invoices and route for approvals Generate standard reports and track metrics for Talent Acquisition Assist with organizing and maintaining the Talent Acquisition shared files Support the Talent Acquisition team with any additional administrative needs, such as booking of internal events, travel arrangements for new hire onboarding, etc. Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
2 Years - Experience in administrative support or similar field •experience may include a combination of work experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
4 Years - Experience in administrative support, human resources, talent acquisition or similar field •experience may include a combination of work experience and education Competencies Ability to quickly adapt approach and work style based on changing demands, circumstances, and fast-paced environments Demonstrated ability to take initiative Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with candidates and hiring managers Ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
Education Minimum Required:
High School Diploma in business, human resources, or other related field
Preferred:
Associate's Degree in business, human resources, or other related field
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
