We are looking for someone who is driven, takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Staffing industry experience is required. This position is ideal for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced nature of temporary staffing, high-volume recruiting, and client-driven deadlines. Responsibilities Source, recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates. Maintain active communication with applicants, associates, and clients. Fill open positions in a timely manner while meeting staffing goals. Create and manage recruiting advertisements across multiple job platforms. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings. Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and notes. Utilize Temps Plus and UAttend for applicant tracking, onboarding, attendance, and timekeeping. Assist with associate relations, attendance issues, call-offs, scheduling, and client communication. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Work closely with management to ensure client staffing needs are met. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the staffing industry is required. Must have current staffing agency full cycle recruiting experience is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience using Temps Plus and UAttend (required). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
