Talent Acquisition Support Specialist (Temp)#26-21463 $40-$45 per hour Fairfield, CA Onsite Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temp) provides high-volume administrative, coordination, and candidate-experience support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role screens applications, routes requisitions through the approval process, coordinates interview logistics and candidate travel, manages reimbursements, responds to candidate inquiries, and helps ensure requisitions and job posting details are accurate and up to date. This is a junior-level, service oriented role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment. Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional presence in person, on the phone/virtually and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented demeanor. Demonstrated discretion and sound independent judgment when handling confidential candidate and organizational information. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Oracle, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Outlook. Comfortable coordinating with senior stakeholders, including physicians and clinical leadership.
Education:
