Overview Noble Staffing is currently looking for a Part-Time Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to leverage various tools and platforms to find the best candidates. Duties Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Lever for efficient candidate management. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Implement social media management strategies to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Use clock systems for managing employee data and payroll information related to new hires. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Process Payroll for the clients. Drive to client's site for payroll approvals, check in new associates. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a corporate setting. Bilingual Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively. Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of sales principles is a plus, as it can enhance candidate engagement strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes. A proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
