$43-$45/hr. About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and support key HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong relationship-building skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, and a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring requirements. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple functions. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical hiring needs. Manage offer negotiations and the hiring process through onboarding. Coordinate background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire documentation. Conduct new hire orientation and support a positive onboarding experience. Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadership. Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices. Participate in workforce planning and HR projects as needed. Qualifications Required 4-6 years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis within corporate positions. Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and business functions. Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms. Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification.
