Pay:
$43-$45/hr. We're partnering with a well-established organization in Orange County seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering directly with hiring leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment, and hiring top professional talent across multiple business functions. In this role, you'll own the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance while supporting hiring initiatives across departments including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, Payroll, Quality, and other corporate functions. What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive hiring decisions Source, screen, interview, and assess top talent across a variety of disciplines Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and market trends Manage onboarding activities including background checks, employment verification, and new hire orientation What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Experience recruiting professional-level talent including analysts, engineers, finance, HR, supply chain, logistics, or other business support functions Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and business leaders Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Preferred Manufacturing, automotive, distribution, logistics, or supply chain industry experience Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation Cornerstone ATS experience Bachelor's degree preferred PHR or SHRM-CP a plus If you're a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys owning the hiring process and influencing talent strategy, we'd love to connect.
