Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Sr Recruiter to support hiring across technical, operations, supply chain and manufacturing functions. This position is on-site 5 days per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy owning the full recruiting lifecycle this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. Payrate $50-$60 per hour DOE. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment. Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive strategic sourcing efforts Build strong pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networking Manage candidates and workflows using Workday (or similar ATS) Track recruiting metrics and improving hiring efficiency Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from outreach to onboarding Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments. Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
