Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter in Fremont, CA . As a Recruiter , you will drive client success by sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter , you will: Source, recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates by aligning talent with client requirements and business objectives. Utilize job boards, ATS platforms, databases, networking, social media, referrals, and passive sourcing techniques to build strong candidate pipelines. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Track recruiting activity and performance metrics to ensure goals and service level expectations are achieved. This is a full-time opportunity!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - This is a in-office position.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), internet searches, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Experience working in a fast-paced agency setting or supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.

Pay Rate :

$68,000 - $70,000 Annually DOE
