Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Coordinator to support the growth of our healthcare staffing and medical services organization. This position will focus on identifying, pursuing, and securing new contracts for nursing, medical, behavioral health, allied health, and other healthcare staffing services. The Acquisition Coordinator will research public and private contracting opportunities, monitor solicitations and bid portals, assist with proposals and bid submissions, communicate with prospective clients, and track opportunities from initial identification through contract award. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable conducting research, and interested in healthcare staffing, government contracting, and business development. Duties and Responsibilities Research and identify new healthcare staffing and medical service contract opportunities with hospitals, healthcare facilities, government agencies, correctional facilities, veterans homes, behavioral health facilities, clinics, and other organizations. Monitor government procurement websites, bid portals, RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and other solicitation platforms for new contracting opportunities. Identify opportunities for nursing and healthcare classifications, including RNs, LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Therapists, Radiology Technologists, Dental professionals, Social Workers, and other medical and allied health professionals. Review solicitations and contract requirements to determine eligibility, qualifications, staffing requirements, deadlines, insurance requirements, licensing requirements, and other submission

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
