Front Desk Recruiter

Job Overview We are a growing energy and gas company seeking a reliable and motivated Front Desk Recruiter to join our Hayward office. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent while meeting weekly hiring goals. This position is ideal for someone with a sales or customer service background, but experience is not required—we're looking for the right attitude, consistency, and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Meet weekly recruiting and hiring goals Bring in new candidates daily Call candidates to schedule interviews Conduct preliminary interviews Assist with onboarding new hires Maintain candidate records using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Serve as the front desk point of contact and create a professional first impression

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual with full-time availability Strong communication skills (phone & in-person) Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing role Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required) Organized and able to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn
