Key Responsibilities As a Recruiter at The Hire Talent, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each position. Building a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and industry research. Utilizing Discovered, our state-of-the-art applicant tracking system, to manage and streamline the recruitment process effectively. Monitoring and continuously improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) We set ambitious yet achievable OKRs to drive our performance and success.

Your main objectives will include:

Reducing the average time-to-fill for roles by 15% within the first six months. Enhancing candidate satisfaction scores by consistently engaging and communicating with applicants throughout the recruitment journey. Achieving a 20% increase in the successful placement rate by leveraging innovative sourcing techniques. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who possesses: Proven experience in recruitment or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Discovered, is a plus.
