In this pivotal role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments and levels. Your expertise will help shape our organization's future by identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber candidates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to our company's growth and success. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation techniques to attract top talent. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process in compliance with employment law in talent management. Manage relationships with external client companies. Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes. Experience Supervisor roles a plus Customer Service Problem Solving skills Knowledge of hiring practices & Labor Laws Ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
