You are confident managing multiple calendars, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring every scheduling detail is accurate and timely. You bring urgency, professionalism, and strong follow-through to every task.

Hybrid:
3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
This Position Pays:
$37-$43/hr (Temporary, 6-month assignment)
What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones Recruit for specific roles (technical preferred) and implement communication from start to finish with candidates and stakeholders Manage calendars using Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams Partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling Verify all interview details for accuracy before confirmation Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust as needed Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders Support high-volume recruiting coordination activities in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar management required; Quick Parts a plus) Experience using Excel and Microsoft Teams Background in scheduling coordination, recruiting coordination, or junior recruiting Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and accuracy Clear, professional communication skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or technical sourcing is a plus Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Must be able to work in Irvine 3 days a week For over 50 years, Nelson Connects has empowered employers and job seekers to achieve their unique versions of success.
