Recruiter We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiter to support hiring for forklift operator, machine operator, and clerical positions. The ideal candidate has minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in light industrial manufacturing and is skilled at interviewing and screening applicants. They should be comfortable asking follow-up questions to understand each candidate's experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.

Pay:

$20-$24 per hour, open to negotiation based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8AM to 5

Lathrop, CA Recruiter Responsibilities Recruit and interview candidates for forklift operator, machine operator, and clerical positions Screen applicants by reviewing their experience, skills, availability, and qualifications Ask clear follow-up questions to verify candidate information and assess fit Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Follow up with candidates, clients, and team members in a timely manner Manage multiple open positions and hiring tasks while staying organized Take initiative to keep recruiting activity moving and address outstanding needs Recruiter Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus 2-3 years of recruiting experience Experience interviewing and screening candidates for industrial or clerical roles preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Proactive approach and Evaluate candidates consistently using job-related criteria.
