Position Summary:

The primary responsibility is to identify qualified candidates, conduct thorough interview, and hire the best-qualified candidates that meets the hiring criteria. Must have reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruit talent daily (including but not limited to job postings, social media, community events, etc.) Conducting interviews with potential candidates Run daily reports Maintain daily reports and proper employee filings Conduct safety walk throughs Interact with employees daily Work closely with the HR department to ensure employee retention and safety

Experience:

Recruiting experience a plus / lead or supervisor exp. / must be computer literate
