Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world's aviation leaders. Specializing in precision engineering, MRO, and new solutions for parts at risk of obsolescence, Ontic has over 1,500 customers in the commercial, civil and defense aerospace markets. With over 1,300 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace. The Global Talent Acquisition Team are seeking a high performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a 6-month assignment. This is a full-time role and will be based ON SITE at our Chatsworth (CA) facility. Possibility of conversion to permanent for the right candidate.
About you:
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and drives recruitment outcomes with purpose and precision. If you're the kind of TA pro who rolls up their sleeves, builds trust with hiring managers, and delivers outstanding candidate experiences — this one's for you. What you'll do: Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from briefing to offer. Be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping shape job profiles and interview plans. Craft compelling job ads that reflect our brand and attract top talent. Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools — no waiting for applicants. Keep hiring on track with clear updates, data-driven insights, and smart process management. Represent our values through every candidate interaction. What we're looking for: Proven full-lifecycle recruiter (in-house preferred), ideally with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience. Sharp communicator with a "get-it-done" mindset — no hand-holding needed. Someone who's worked in dynamic, high-growth environments and isn't cycling through contracts. Salary Compensation Range:
$85,000
