Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners, a nationwide leader in therapy staffing, is seeking a Recruiter to connect physical, occupational, speech therapists and allied health professionals with travel, contract, and permanent opportunities. In this clinician-first role, you'll build strong relationships, match therapists with assignments that fit their skills and lifestyle goals, and support them throughout each engagement. Collaborate with a values-driven team focused on integrity, personalized service, and long-term client partnerships while helping improve patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen physical, occupational, speech therapists and allied health professionals for travel, contract, and permanent roles nationwide Match clinicians with assignments that align with clinical skills, career goals, and preferred locations or lifestyles Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with therapists and healthcare facility clients Coordinate assignment details including start dates, schedules, and key onboarding requirements Communicate frequently with clinicians to provide clinician-first support and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless staffing and placement process Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking/CRM systems Track performance metrics and pipeline activity to meet or exceed placement goals Stay current on healthcare staffing trends, licensure requirements, and market demands Represent Jackson Therapy Partners' values of integrity, service, and collaboration in all interactions Required Skills Healthcare recruiting Candidate sourcing (job boards, social, referrals) Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Customer relationship management (CRM) tools Interviewing and candidate screening Sales and negotiation Healthcare staffing market knowledge Compliance and credentialing basics Data entry and pipeline tracking Professional written and verbal communication
