Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team! In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. As a Jr Recruiter, you will leverage your communication skills and recruiting expertise to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR sourcing, technical recruiting, and talent management skills while contributing to the company's success. Your proactive approach and passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities will drive our recruitment efforts forward. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards. Conduct thorough interviews, utilizing your knowledge of interviewing techniques and employment & labor law to assess candidate suitability. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from lead generation and cold calling to offer negotiation and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, employment contracts, employee evaluations, and employee relations. Assist in campus recruitment initiatives and participate in training & development programs to enhance recruiting skills. Support employer branding efforts by engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms and managing relationships for future talent pools. Skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders. Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment environments. Familiarity with ATS platforms Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Ability to research market trends and utilize social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding. Experience with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, relationship management, and research methods. Understanding of employee orientation processes, contracts management, employee evaluation procedures, and employee relations practices. Competency in using sales tools such as Salesforce for candidate tracking and relationship building.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
