My client, a reputable company in Moorpark, CA, is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with competitive pay and growth opportunity!

Job Description:

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs with a high level of customer focus. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top active and passive candidates, utilizing social media, professional networks, and innovative outreach methods. Support Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) and University Relations & Recruiting (URR) programs. Manage and streamline the interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, interview coordination, and final interviews. Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Lead employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing to enhance visibility as an employer of choice. Craft compelling job descriptions and design targeted interview questions to attract and assess high-caliber talent. Represent at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to expand talent pipelines. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospective and past candidates to build proactive talent networks. Drive a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer, including salary negotiations and onboarding handoffs.
