We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Mountain View, California. This role will manage the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination, helping teams attract candidates with relevant experience in a fast-moving corporate environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple searches progressing efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hiring activities, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for a range of openings by using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business goals.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, interest, and overall fit for assigned opportunities.
• Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, up-to-date records throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on search progress, market feedback, and challenges that may affect hiring timelines.
