Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across the organization Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate lead opportunities Conduct HR sourcing and external recruiting efforts to fill high volume and technical roles promptly Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law in talent management Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions Manage candidate sourcing activities, including research and outreach, to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, candidate sourcing, and full cycle recruiting across various industries Strong knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law, and HR systems such as UltiPro or similar platforms Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and relationship management Experience with talent management software (ATS), HR systems, and recruiting tools to streamline hiring processes Ability to handle high volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience Skilled in social media marketing (recruitment) for employer branding and lead generation efforts Knowledge of internal recruiting strategies, succession planning, training & development initiatives, and employee relations Join us as a Staffing Recruiter to energize our talent acquisition efforts!
