SUMMARY:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates that align with the organization's staffing needs and culture. This role partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain compliance with employment laws, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The HR Recruiter also supports onboarding activities, workforce planning initiatives, and other human resources functions as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full cycle of the recruitment activities including post position(s) in career sites such as Linkedln, Indeed, set-up interview appointments, initial outreach/screens, follow-up calls with candidates as needed. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring timelines. Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, company websites, and other recruiting platforms. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders. Send out pre-employment paperwork and track successful completion to ensure proper documents and requirements are collected prior to start date. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with applicants. Hiring & Onboarding Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding documentation Conduct the new hires orientation and onboarding process. Coordinate all learning and development activities (sexual harassment, HIPAA) for new hires and annual training compliance. Track and report assignment and completion. Maintains personnel records; facilitates Personnel Action Form (PAF) processes and documents; oversees completion of HR transactions. Create new hire and termination paperwork packages and set up new hire files/supplies. Create new hire announcements and send out to the entire organization. Additional HR Support Answers inquiries from managers and employees on HR policies and procedure at the direction of the Director of HR. Support retention and workforce planning initiatives. Keep Director of HR informed of all significant departmental activity status/progress and outcomes. Knowledge and understanding of relevant personnel law and regulations. Manage multiple projects assigned by the Director of HR. Other projects or duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting or human resources experience. Knowledge of recruiting methods, interviewing techniques, and employment laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience with healthcare, managed care, or corporate recruiting preferred. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Pay:
$27.00 - $34.00 per hour
