The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Our office is located in Santa Ana. & The position will be based in our Santa Ana office. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent. Leverage HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through cold calling and networking. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Build strong relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Assist in talent management strategies to retain top performers within the organization. Skills Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. Experience with job posting & using ATS Systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Ability to perform cold calling as part of the sourcing strategy. Familiarity with talent management processes and best practices. Experience in contract recruitment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
