  • 6 months Recruiter Oxnard, CA About the Role We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and staffing efforts for a growing organization that provides engineering, logistics, and program support services.

The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for open and future positions. Partner with management and technical teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Source candidates through job boards, company websites, social media, and other recruiting channels. Conduct candidate screening interviews, assess qualifications, and complete reference checks. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany) to track candidates and document activity. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and provide status updates. Negotiate offers and support onboarding, including start date coordination. Prepare reports, analyze recruiting data, and handle information requests. Resolve recruiting-related issues while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics. Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting experience. Proficiency with social media recruiting tools and platforms. Working knowledge of employment and hiring laws. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with recruiting technology. Preferred Qualifications High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, record-keeping, and attention to detail. Proven problem-solving ability and collaborative work style. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through.
