Full Job Description Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and understands the importance of meeting hiring goals, recruitment KPIs, and timelines efficiently. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs Post jobs across job boards, social media, and career platforms Source, pre-screen, and manage steps and disposition in real-time Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Maintain accurate candidate records within Workday/ATS systems Extend offers and counter-offers effectively, and process employment verifications timely Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings Attend and participate in university career fairs, school job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives throughout the year What We're Looking For 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring goals Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple openings supporting different hiring managers Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems Ability to travel up to 10% as needed (must be available 20 days per year minimum for in-person activities, meetings, professional development, etc.) Why Join Us?
