6+months Manage full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to meet hiring targets, maintain recruitment records, and prepare staffing reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of high-volume manufacturing recruiting experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions and full-cycle recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and

ATS/HRIS

systems. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. ITAR compliance required. Physical examination and background screening required.

Pay:

$36.00 - $36.50 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week Application Question(s): Minimum 2+years of experience in full cycle recruitment and need to have bachelors in degree and ITAR compliance required.
