URGENTLY HIRING

an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our Riverside, California office. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, reliable, and experienced recruiter who understands the staffing industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We need someone who can move quickly, communicate professionally, stay organized, take ownership of multiple job orders, and consistently deliver qualified candidates for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous staffing/recruiting experience required Experience using Indeed is required Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, and general labor positions Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment Must be available to work weekends when needed Flexibility to work additional hours based on client and recruiting needs Comfortable making a high volume of calls and consistently following up with candidates Able to review resumes and quickly identify qualified candidates Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews Able to manage multiple job orders, clients, and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized, dependable, proactive, and results-driven Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet recruiting deadlines Must be available to start immediately
