Per Hour Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Desire Home Care, Inc. This is a Full-Time, hourly position within our Human Resources department, located in Riverside, California. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support our growing business. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and identify qualified candidates Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and timely recruitment experience Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other recruitment resources to attract top talent Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired employees
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as federal and state employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managers Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish Negative TB test within 30 days of hire CPR & First Aid certificate within 30 days of hire EEOC statement: At Desire Home Care, Inc., we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
