Recruiter Eclipse Advantage - 2.8 Sacramento, CA Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Computer literacy English Full Job Description What You'll Do Recruit candidates through phone calls, job ads, social media, referrals, and grassroots community outreach. Build relationships with local organizations, churches, community groups, and other key contacts. Distribute flyers and attend local events, fairs, holiday celebrations, and ESL classes. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and enter applicants into our recruiting system. Support candidates throughout the hiring and employment process. Work closely with onsite management teams to support employee retention and success. Assist with new-hire orientations and recruitment events. Represent our company as an employer of choice in the local community. High volume recruiting.
